Freight damage is rare, but what happens in the first ten minutes on delivery day is the difference between a fast replacement and a long fight. Your machine ships insured, and we file and pursue any claim — not you. Here’s your part.

1. Photograph the crate before the driver leaves. All four sides. Thirty seconds.
2. Note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign. Write “damaged — subject to inspection.” A clean signature on a damaged crate is the one thing that kills a claim.
3. Refuse delivery if the crate or box is crushed or punctured. Send it back, take photos before it goes, and call us from the curb.
4. Unpack and inspect within 48 hours, even if you’re not installing yet. Carriers deny concealed-damage claims filed late.
5. Send us the photos the same day. We open the claim and work a resolution in parallel — you’re never waiting on the carrier alone.
