Why operators buy their combo vending machine from VMFS USA
Most people buying their first combo vending machine worry about the same thing, and it is not the machine. It is what happens six months later, when something needs attention and the company that sold it has gone quiet.
That is the part we care most about. We answer the phone, we know this machine inside out, and we stay reachable long after the sale, whether you called last week or five years ago.
We came into this from outside the vending industry, which is why we run it differently. We ask what you are trying to build before we recommend anything, and if a different machine suits your space better, we will point you to it. A snack and drink vending machine is a real investment, and we would rather you get it right the first time than come back to fix it.

FAQs
How much product does the Smart Combo hold?
300 to 400 items across 60 slots on six coil shelves. Your real number lands inside that range once you set your planogram, since larger bags of chips take more room per slot than candy bars.
Can it sell cold drinks and snacks at the same time?
Yes. The cabinet runs from 36°F to 77°F, so the cold section holds bottles and cans while the rest of the machine keeps snacks at room temperature. That is the point of a combo machine: one footprint, one outlet, one restock trip, two product categories.
How does it dispense products?
Coil delivery. The customer presses a number, the coil for that slot turns until the product falls, and it lands in the pickup box at the bottom. An infrared sensor across the pickup box confirms the product actually arrived. If nothing lands, the customer is not charged.
How is the machine built?
An all steel cabinet with reinforced components, built on an aluminum alloy frame. The cabinet is insulated, which is what lets the cold section hold temperature without the compressor running all day. The front is double layer anti fog glass, so your products stay clear and readable while the cooler runs, and the frame keeps the door square and sealing after years of daily use.
What are the dimensions and weight?
The machine stands 77 inches tall, 42 inches wide, and 32 inches deep, and weighs approximately 550 lbs. It ships assembled on a pallet, so measure your doorway and your path to the final spot before delivery day. Four adjustable steel feet let you level it on floors that are not perfectly flat.
What power does it need?
A standard 110V outlet. No special wiring, no electrician, no dedicated circuit.
What payment options does it support?
The machine ships MDB compatible, which is the standard vending payment interface, so it works with the payment hardware you choose rather than locking you into ours. Add a card reader and it accepts all major credit and debit cards, contactless tap, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Add a bill acceptor and coin mech for cash. Nayax, Cantaloupe, and other MDB readers all connect the same way. Payment modules are sold separately, so pick the setup your locations actually need and leave off what they do not.
When will my machine ship, and where do you deliver?
The Smart Combo is a stocked model, so in stock units ship within 7 to 10 days. Custom builds run 6 to 12 weeks or longer depending on the changes and the number of units, and a custom wrap on its own adds about a week. We ship to all 50 states including Hawaii and Alaska, plus Puerto Rico, and internationally to most of the world. We confirm your exact production and shipping window during quoting and tell you if anything moves.
What happens on delivery day?
With white glove delivery, the machine is brought inside to the exact spot you want it, unpacked, and the packaging is taken away. Installation and setup are not included, though the machine arrives pre configured and takes minutes to bring online. Inspect the crate before you sign. If the damage looks bad enough that the machine could be affected, refuse the delivery, send it back, and photograph the unit before it goes. For smaller cosmetic damage, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos.
Can I monitor sales and stock remotely, and what support do I get?
Sales data, stock levels, and fault alerts come through VMFS Cloud at $7.99 per month, viewable from your phone or a browser. The machine has its own onboard antenna, so it reports on its own signal without joining the building's Wi Fi. Every machine also comes with a 1 year warranty covering parts and labor, with extended 2 year and 3 year coverage available at checkout, and technical support is free for the life of the machine. Call (305) 395-3997 or email info@vmfsusa.com and you get a person, not a ticket queue, with replies within 24 hours on business days.
