No. Most first-time operators order first and line up the location during the 3 to 7 day ship window. If you would rather have a location first, add vPlaced and we start sourcing before the machine ships.
How does financing work?
VMFS USA does not finance in-house. We partner with third-party providers so the terms match your specific purchase. You pick the machine and request a quote, most partners run a soft credit check that does not affect your score, and many decisions come back instant or same-day. Options range from interest-free pay-in-four to short-term and extended monthly plans and buy-now-pay-later, and you can finance more than one machine, subject to approval.
What does delivery look like?
In-stock units ship within 3 to 7 business days. Standard freight runs 7 to 14 business days depending on where you are; expedited is available. You will have tracking and setup guidance before the truck shows up.
What does the location need?
Floor space for a 42" × 32" footprint with clearance in front for the door, a doorway wide enough to bring it in, and a standard 110V outlet. No special wiring. No network connection is required for basic operation; the card reader brings its own cellular connectivity.

Yes, every machine purchase includes a free 90-day VMFS Cloud trial. Your Cloud login comes with the machine. Once the card reader is connected, all transactions, inventory, alerts and machine status are visible in one place, with software updates included.
Does it take cards and mobile payments?
The machine is MDB-ready, so the card reader upgrade adds tap, chip, Apple Pay and Google Pay without changing how the machine operates. A bill acceptor and coin mech handle cash. Most operators add the reader; cashless usually outsells cash within the first month.
What products fit?
