Every cold coffee machine that claims fresh output either brews hot and chills a batch in a reservoir, or expects the operator to load ice manually. Neither makes a genuinely fresh iced cup. This unit brews to order and combines a live espresso pull with fresh ice from the built-in module. No batch, no reservoir. Each cup is made when the customer taps the screen.

The brewing system runs a Swiss Ditting 64mm flat burr grinder that doses 7 to 16 grams of beans per cup from the 1.5 kg (3.3 lbs) hopper. Water is pulled through the grounds at 92 degrees Celsius (197 degrees Fahrenheit) and the shot lands in the cup in about 60 seconds.
