At Delivery

• Inspect the crate before signing

The refrigerated unit is approximately 397 lbs and the frozen unit approximately 485 lbs, both 83.5 inches tall, so measure your doorway and the path to the final spot before delivery day.

Every AI Smart Fridge ships with a 1 year parts warranty from the date of delivery, covering the steel cabinet, the refrigeration system, the AI vision cameras, the weight sensors, the display, the door mechanism and the payment electronics.

Parts are held in a US warehouse rather than ordered in from overseas when something is needed. That matters more on this machine than on a coil unit, because a camera or sensor fault takes the whole checkout offline rather than one row.

Every machine also carries a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

Technical support does not expire with the warranty. Call in year one or in year six and you reach the same US team, with a direct contact rather than a ticket queue.
