Delivery protection protocolRead before submitting

Freight damage is rare, but what happens in the first ten minutes on delivery day is the difference between a fast replacement and a long fight. Your machine ships insured, and we file and pursue any claim — not you. Here’s your part.

Photograph the crate before the driver leaves. All four sides. Thirty seconds.
Note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign. Write “damaged — subject to inspection.” A clean signature on a damaged crate is the one thing that kills a claim.
Refuse delivery if the crate or box is crushed or punctured. Send it back, take photos before it goes, and call us from the curb.
Unpack and inspect within 48 hours, even if you’re not installing yet. Carriers deny concealed-damage claims filed late.
Send us the photos the same day. We open the claim and work a resolution in parallel — you’re never waiting on the carrier alone.

I’ve read the delivery protection protocol. We’ll send it again with your tracking details.

Delivery is performed by independent third-party freight carriers. VMFS is not liable for carrier delays or other logistics issues. Your machine is insured in transit, and we file and manage any freight claim on your behalf.
