Warranty Options
Every VMFS USA™ vending machine includes a standard 1-year warranty at no extra cost, covering replacement parts and kits for any functional issues caused by manufacturing defects or normal use.
Customers seeking additional coverage can purchase extended warranty options at the time of machine purchase:
1-Year Standard Warranty – Included
2-Year Extended Warranty – Add for $250
3-Year Extended Warranty – Add for $400
Extended coverage activates immediately following the initial 1-year warranty, offering continued parts coverage and support.
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty protects your machine against unexpected malfunctions related to manufacturer-approved parts and systems. Coverage includes electrical components, motors, sensors, control boards, and payment modules.
If a covered part fails during the warranty period, VMFS USA™ provides the necessary replacement components or kits. While labor isn’t included, our team offers guidance to assist you or your authorized technician in completing repairs.
Support also includes remote technical diagnostics and assistance for software, vending logic, and VMFS USA™ Cloud setup. Firmware updates and cloud-related troubleshooting are covered, provided your system remains properly configured and connected.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty excludes damage from misuse, vandalism, or unauthorized modifications. Cosmetic wear such as dents, scratches, faded labels, and consumables like keys, filters, or coils are not covered.
Damage caused by environmental events like fire, flooding, or power surges is also excluded. Repairs performed by unauthorized parties may void your warranty.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, contact VMFS USA™ support via phone or email, providing your machine’s serial number, purchase date, and a clear description of the issue. Including photos or videos can expedite diagnosis and resolution.
Our support team will remotely diagnose the issue and determine appropriate action. Replacement parts or kits will be shipped directly to you. If onsite repairs are necessary, we’ll assist in coordinating with a certified technician.

After Your Warranty Ends
Once your warranty expires, VMFS USA™ continues offering robust support through optional paid Remote Support Plans. These services help you efficiently manage your machines, resolve issues, and minimize downtime.
Continued VMFS Cloud connectivity provides ongoing access to remote management features like real-time inventory tracking and software controls, as long as your cloud subscription remains active.
Certified replacement parts and upgrade kits remain available for purchase anytime. Additionally, annual service checkups—including preventive maintenance, internal inspections, and software updates—are offered to ensure your machine’s reliable performance beyond warranty.
