Warranty Options
Every VMFS USA™ vending machine includes a standard one-year warranty at no extra cost. It covers both parts and labor for any issues caused by manufacturing defects or normal use.
For those who want longer coverage, extended warranty plans are available at purchase:
1-Year Warranty – Included
2-Year Extended Warranty – Add for $250
3-Year Extended Warranty – Add for $400
Extended protection starts right after the first year and offers the same full coverage and support.
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty protects your machine if approved parts or systems stop working under normal use. This includes electrical boards, motors, sensors, payment modules, and other key components.
If one of these parts fails during the warranty period, VMFS USA™ will send a replacement or repair kit. Labor costs aren’t included, but our team can guide you or your technician through the fix step by step.
You’ll also get remote support for software setup, vending logic, and VMFS USA™ Cloud. Firmware updates and troubleshooting are covered as long as your system is connected and properly configured.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty doesn’t cover everything. Damage from misuse, vandalism, or unapproved changes isn’t included. Normal wear, such as scratches, dents, faded stickers, or parts that wear out over time like keys, filters, and coils, is also not covered.
It also excludes damage caused by fire, flooding, or power surges. If repairs are done by anyone not authorized by VMFS USA™, the warranty may no longer apply.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, contact VMFS USA™ support by phone or email. Share your machine’s serial number, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. Photos or videos help us diagnose the problem faster.
Our team will run remote diagnostics and decide on the next step. We will ship replacement parts or a repair kit directly to you. If onsite service is needed, we will help arrange a visit from a certified technician.
Benefits of an Extended Warranty
An extended warranty gives you extra protection after the first year. It lowers the chance of paying for major repairs out of pocket and keeps you connected with our technical team for ongoing support.
Customers with extended coverage also get faster service. Parts ship sooner, and full cloud-related support stays included. For high-traffic spots like lounges or for operators managing several machines, this extra coverage makes daily operations easier and less stressful.
After Your Warranty Ends
When the warranty ends, you still have support. VMFS USA™ offers paid Remote Support Plans that help you manage your machines, fix issues faster, and reduce downtime.
If your VMFS Cloud account stays active, you’ll keep access to remote tools. You can check inventory, review performance, and make software changes from anywhere.
Replacement parts and upgrade kits are always available. If something needs to be swapped out, you can order it anytime. We also suggest a yearly service visit. During this checkup, our team performs preventive maintenance, updates software, and makes sure your machine keeps running smoothly long after the warranty expires.
