Warranty Options
Every VMFS USA™ vending machine comes with a one-year warranty at no extra cost. That covers replacement parts and kits if something stops working because of normal use or a manufacturing issue.
If you’d like more protection, you can buy extended coverage when you order your machine. The extra warranty kicks in right after the first year ends, so your parts coverage keeps going without a gap.
1-Year Standard Warranty – Included
2-Year Extended Warranty – Add for $250
3-Year Extended Warranty – Add for $400
Extended coverage activates immediately following the initial 1-year warranty, offering continued parts coverage and support.
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers your machine if approved parts or systems fail in normal use. That includes things like electrical boards, motors, sensors, payment modules, and other core components.
If one of these parts breaks during the warranty period, VMFS USA™ will send you the replacement part or a kit. Labor isn’t included, but our team can walk you or your technician through the repair process.
You also get remote support. That means help with software, vending logic, or setting up VMFS USA™ Cloud. Firmware updates and troubleshooting are included as long as your system is set up correctly and stays connected.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover everything. Damage caused by misuse, vandalism, or unauthorized changes is not included. Normal wear, such as dents, scratches, faded labels, or parts that wear out like keys, filters, or coils, is also outside of coverage.
It also does not apply to damage from fire, flooding, or power surges. If someone who is not authorized by VMFS USA™ performs a repair, the warranty can be voided.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, contact VMFS USA™ support via phone or email, providing your machine’s serial number, purchase date, and a clear description of the issue. Including photos or videos can expedite diagnosis and resolution.
Our support team will remotely diagnose the issue and determine appropriate action. Replacement parts or kits will be shipped directly to you. If onsite repairs are necessary, we’ll assist in coordinating with a certified technician.
Benefits of an Extended Warranty
An extended warranty gives you added protection once the first year ends. It reduces the chance that you will need to pay large repair bills on your own and it keeps you connected with our technical team for continued support.
Customers who choose extended coverage also receive faster service. Parts are shipped more quickly, and full cloud-related assistance is included. For busy locations such as lounges with high traffic or for operators running multiple machines, this extra support can make daily operations smoother and less stressful.
After Your Warranty Ends
When your warranty runs out, you are not left on your own. VMFS USA™ still offers support through paid Remote Support Plans. These plans let you manage machines from a distance, get problems fixed faster, and cut down on lost time.
If your VMFS Cloud account stays active, you keep using the remote tools. That means you can still check inventory in real time and adjust software settings without being on site.
Parts and upgrade kits are always available for purchase. If you need something replaced, you can order it at any point. On top of that, we recommend yearly service visits. During these visits, our team looks inside the machine, does preventive maintenance, and updates the software. This kind of upkeep helps the machine stay reliable long after the original warranty ends.
