  • Hawaii and Alaska: Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska requires special arrangements due to logistical challenges. Please contact us for more information before placing an order to these locations.

  • Available Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods, including standard, expedited, and overnight options, depending on the specific vending machine or product.
  • Carriers: We primarily use FedEx, as well as other LTL (Less Than Truckload) and large cargo carriers that can handle the transportation of heavy and large items.
  • Shipping Method Selection: The shipping method will be determined based on the size, weight, and nature of the item, as well as the destination.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated based on a combination of factors, including weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: We may offer flat rate shipping to certain zones. Custom shipping rates are available for bulk orders that utilize a full truckload.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping may apply to special orders where specific conditions are met, such as order total, machine type, location, and distance.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Custom and Special Orders: Custom or special orders may have lead times ranging from 15-60 days, depending on the machine and order configurations. Additional handling and processing time may apply. Customers will be notified throughout the process.

5. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated Delivery Times: Standard delivery times range from 5-15 business days, depending on the destination.
  • No Guarantees: Delivery times are estimates and subject to change due to various factors, including shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: We provide tracking information for all orders. Customers will receive updates via email at every step of the way, from processing to delivery.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Large and Heavy Items: Many of our products are large and heavy vending machines that may require special handling equipment, such as a forklift, for unloading. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery site can accommodate these requirements.
  • No PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO boxes. All deliveries must be confirmed, verified, and signed for.

8. Customer Responsibilities for Delivery Arrangements

  • Delivery Location Requirements: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for receiving large or heavy items. This includes providing any necessary equipment, such as a forklift, for unloading if required.
  • Incorrect Shipping Addresses: If an incorrect shipping address is provided at the time of purchase, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to redirect or reship the order.

9. Handling of Shipping Issues

  • Customer Responsibility: Once the customer places an order and selects the shipping method, the responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. Customers may add shipping insurance at their discretion.
  • Assistance with Carrier Issues: While we guarantee that the product will be placed on the truck, VMFSUSA.com is not liable for issues once the item is in transit. However, we will assist customers in dealing with the carrier to resolve any issues.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: In the event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, please follow these steps:
    1. Contact us at info@vmfsusa.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
    2. Provide your order number, tracking information, and a detailed description of the issue.
    3. We will coordinate with the carrier to initiate a claim and will keep you informed throughout the process.
    4. Depending on the outcome of the claim, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

10. Signature Requirements

  • Signature Required: All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Deliveries must be scheduled and confirmed to ensure someone is available to sign.
  • Missed Delivery Attempts: If the recipient is unavailable to sign for the delivery, additional shipping charges or rescheduling fees may apply, which will be the customer’s responsibility.

11. Delivery Refusals

  • Refusal without Cause: If a customer refuses delivery of an item without a valid reason, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs, including return shipping and any restocking fees.

  • Force Majeure: VMFSUSA.com shall not be liable for any delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, governmental actions, or carrier delays.
