- No PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO boxes. All deliveries must be confirmed, verified, and signed for.
8. Customer Responsibilities for Delivery Arrangements
- Delivery Location Requirements: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for receiving large or heavy items. This includes providing any necessary equipment, such as a forklift, for unloading if required.
- Incorrect Shipping Addresses: If an incorrect shipping address is provided at the time of purchase, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to redirect or reship the order.

- Assistance with Carrier Issues: While we guarantee that the product will be placed on the truck, VMFSUSA.com is not liable for issues once the item is in transit. However, we will assist customers in dealing with the carrier to resolve any issues.
